OLYMPICS

Olympics will be held May 21-23. 
Students will not be able to participate if...
...they have an outstanding balance in the cafeteria.
...they have overdue library books.
...they are in 8th grade and have not turned in their 411 forms to Ms. Dixon.
If your child falls into one of the above categories please take care of the problem before May 21!!

Perfect Attendance
If you believe your student should receive perfect attendance please check the parent portal for their attendance information.  Please remember that 5 or more TDU's or CPU's  equals an absence.

Students may check out after their own awards ceremony without penalty.  Parents may sign their children out.  If a child is planning to leave after their awards ceremony with a friend, a signed note must be sent from home that morning.  We will not accept phone calls as permission and we will not allow students to call home to ask for permission.

If your child is receiving an award or certificate at their ceremony you will receive an invitation in the mail.  Invitations have been mailed out.

2013 Europe Trip
Students will have the opportunity to travel to Europe again next year with a WMS group.
This trip will take you to England, France and Spain.  The trip dates are 2/14/12-2/25/13.  The cost is $2774 for students and $3199 for adults.  For more information please click the link below.  You can also sign up for the trip using this link.

2011-2012 Yearbooks are on sale for $40 ! Click the link below to pay Josten's directly or you can bring a check or cash to WMS.  Please makes checks payable to Westside Middle School.
